In its will to continue to make the voice of peripheral cities heard, the world network FALP will organize an international seminar from November 22nd to 24th in Porto Alegre and São Leopoldo (Metropolitan region of Porto Alegre). The Legislative Parliament of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and the town hall of São Leopoldo will be the hosts of this event.
A text was written in order to present the challenges with which we are confronted. This text is open to your suggestions, observations, proposals and other comments to make of it a tool collective and being used for the mobilization.
