Metropolis and UCLG are organizing a consultation on the role of Metropolitan Areas in the Global Agenda of Local and Regional Governments. This meeting will take place in Barcelona, 4-5 of July.
During this consultation, we will debate together on two documents: the chapter on Metropolitan Areas of the GOLD IV Report (Global Observatory on Local Democracy and Decentralization) and the Recommendations (conclusions of the chapter) for the Global Agenda of Local and Regional Governments.
This GOLD IV Report will be officially released in the framework of the 5th UCLG Congress to be held in Bogotá in October 2016.
